LNG/LPG VALVE SERVICE
1. CARGO TANK SAFETY VALVES
Work activities:
Overhaul / testing. The valve will be dismantled, inspected, lapped and assembled with new soft parts. Testing will base on standard & manufacturer standard to perform pressure test, vacuum test & leakage test.
2. HOLD SPACE, INS OR IBS SAFETY VALVES
Work activities:
Overhaul / testing. The valve will be dismantled, inspected, lapped and assembled with new soft parts.
Testing will base on API & manufacturer standard to perform pressure test, vacuum test & leakage test.
3. BOILER SAFETY VALVES
Work activities:
Overhaul / testing. The valve will be dismantled, inspected, lapped and assembled, nozzle seat re-condition if required.
Testing will base on API & maker standard to perform pressure cold setting & leakage test at workshop.
4. PIPE LINE SAFETY VALVES
Work activities:
Overhaul. The valve will be dismantled, inspected, lapped and assembled with new soft parts.
Testing will base on API & manufacturer standard to perform pressure test & leakage test.
5. CRYOGENIC CARGO VALVES
Work activities:
Inspection, Overhauling, Soft parts renewal, the material can be PTFE, Graphite, Low friction, Non Asbestos, Teflon gaskets, O ring, etc, repair or recondition if any parts damaged, such as cracked, worn out or corrosion, etc.
Testing will base on API & maker standard to perform shell test & close leakage test at workshop.

2. JACK-UP FIELD TEST WITH LR FOR MAIN BOILER SAFETY VALVES
Niu Bros team carried out Jack up Test for boiler PSV with class LR, ABS, CCS, NK, NR surveyor, SP shipping, H-Line, NLNG, Eaglestar, K-Line, Sinokor, Clsico for witness test on board of LNG vessel.
3. TROUBLE SHOOTING ON BOARD OF VESSEL

SERVICE OF LNG MAIN CONDENSER TUBES:
BY QUICK JET WITH NYLON COILED BRUSHES
WHY SHOULD USE THIS:
Able to remove scales, shell, mud, etc from condenser tube internal.
100% choke clearing by using rod out method.
No impact on the tube ends resulting and extend tube life to the condenser.
Spare Parts & Fabrication :
Supply new valves, spare parts & overhaul kits.

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The service warranty is to be performed and completed at Niu Bros Cryogenic Workshop in Singapore, with a validity period of 6 months following the completion of the work. Please note that spare parts are excluded from the warranty.
Niu Bros will not be held liable for any defective workmanship once the work has been approved by the customer, their representative, or a classification society surveyor. The warranty will only apply in cases where negligence on the part of Niu Bros is demonstrated.
In the event that Niu Bros is required to attend troubleshooting work in line with its liability obligations, only the labor costs will be covered under the warranty. Any costs associated with travel, waiting time overseas, onboard allowances, and accommodation will be charged to the customer and invoiced accordingly.
